Max Tapogna
Max Tapogna is an actor, musician, and writer from Portland, Oregon and a proud alum of Acting for Kids & Teens. Max studied theatre and music at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. After graduating, Max was an acting apprentice at Portland Playhouse, where his solo show Tales from Baker City premiered in 2021. An active arts journalist, Max has written theatre and music reviews for Willamette Week, Portland Mercury, and Oregon ArtsWatch. His education career began when he was still in high school, where he assistant-conducted one of Grant High School’s four choral groups. Since then, Max has gone on to tutor essay-writing at the college level, teach English abroad in Spain, and lead music and acting classes for kids. Max is thrilled to be joining the incredible team at Studio NW.
