Actor, Acting Coach

Fresh from NYC, Austin Young is our newest coach at Acting for Kids and Teens! Not only is he a working TV/film actor and model, he previously was a kindergarten teacher with a true passion for teaching and being a facilitator of learning for children. Austin always taught his students to pursue their dreams and inspired them with books like “Oh the Places You Will Go” by Dr. Seuss. He encouraged his students’ dreams so much that he eventually decided to follow his own childhood dream by pursuing a career in acting. As a result of the inspiration of his students and his hard work, his resume includes: Netflix’s The Black Mirror, Warner Bros.’ Gotham, CBS’ The Detour, and many other TV, Film, Commercial, Theater, and Modeling credits. Austin is thrilled to be coaching at AFKT to bring his passion for teaching and acting to his students!
