Our Make-A-Movie workshops give young actors the chance to gain real on-set experience working with industry professionals. Students take part in the entire filmmaking process, from concept to post-production. Filmmakers, directors, makeup artists, sound designers, and crew collaborate with our talented kids—and the result is pure movie magic.

Each workshop concludes with a red carpet premiere at Cinema 21 in downtown Portland, where friends and family are invited to celebrate the screening of their film. It’s the ultimate on-set learning experience, and every student leaves with a film they’ll treasure for a lifetime.
